If there's more to communicate, eventually I can update this version or create a whole new book. I got to a point where I said everything I wanted to say for the time being. I eventually realized that my book would never be perfect, and that I might be sitting on my book until I was in my 90s. I wanted to live more and write about more experiences, but I also wanted it to be perfect. The writing took so long because the book is so personal. Everything else (editing, proofreading, design, and printing) followed pretty closely to the timelines I was given. The writing of the book: it took me almost 10 years to complete.
